SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY
Shipping Policy:
Due to high order volume and our fulfillment process, please allow 5 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, you must contact the carrier directly for further assistance.
Slutty Virgin is not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
• No refunds, replacements, or store credits will be issued for orders confirmed as delivered.
• No exceptions.
Please double-check your billing and shipping addresses before completing your order. For security reasons, we cannot modify shipping addresses after purchase.
If a package is marked as “Returned to Sender” due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a store credit will be issued minus shipping costs, or the customer may choose to pay a reshipping fee.
Refund Policy:
At Slutty Virgin, we prioritize the hygiene and safety of our customers. Please review our refund policy to ensure clarity.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original, unused condition within 5 days of receipt.
Final Sale Items:
• All sale items, discounted items, and items purchased with store credit are FINAL SALE.
• No refunds, no exceptions.
Quality Check & Return Conditions:
• All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for items damaged after receipt (e.g., broken zippers, missing buttons/hooks, tears, stains from trying on, or unpacking).
• Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with any included packing slips.
• Store credit will be issued upon return, excluding the original shipping charge.
Return Process:
• Returns are accepted only with prior approval. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery for return authorization.
• Items purchased with a discount code are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
• Returns will only be accepted after a thorough inspection. If an item appears worn or damaged due to customer handling, it will not be accepted.
Shipping Returns:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Returns must be sent via USPS. We do not accept returns via FedEx or UPS.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty.
Incorrect Address & Reshipping Fees:
• If your package is returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address, a $9.99 reshipping fee will apply to send it to the correct address.
• No exceptions.
Exchanges for Faulty Items:
• If an item is found to be faulty upon delivery, we will exchange it after a thorough review.
• Please allow up to 7 business days for exchange processing.
• Store credit does not cover shipping and handling costs.
